Late arrivals are addressed on a case-by-case basis depending on seating and aircraft availability. Passengers may be scheduled to fly at any time between their assigned check-in time and their booked tour time. Actual flight times may vary based on operational needs, weather conditions, and passenger flow. Reservations made at the heliport the day of the tour forfeit the right to cancel after payment has been made. The maximum weight is 300 pounds (136 kilograms) per passenger. Passengers weighing over 250lbs, or 113 kg must purchase an additional seat. The scheduled duration of tours varies based on flight routing, airspace restrictions, and weather conditions.
Sport Helicopters reserves the right to amend flight paths for safety without giving notice to passengers. All passengers must present a valid government-issued ID for security purposes. Prices are subject to change without notice. Sport Helicopters reserves the right to refuse boarding to passengers or upgrade passengers at any time. Sport Helicopters reserves the right to alter or terminate any flights due to any circumstance including weather, security, maintenance, emergencies, aircraft availability, or acts of God.
For security and fraud prevention purposes, passengers must present a valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card used for the booking at check-in. Passengers who are unable to provide the required documentation may be denied boarding.
