Terms of Service for solo shared Scenic Helicopter Flights

Please carefully read the following terms and conditions before proceeding with your booking.

Exclusively for Solo Travelers: This booking is exclusively available for individuals traveling alone. We understand that some travelers may prefer to join a group, so we aim to provide an opportunity for solo travelers to share their flight experience.

Grouping of Solo Travelers: We will make every effort to group solo travelers on the same day, subject to availability. However, please note that grouping cannot be guaranteed due to various factors such as demand and scheduling constraints.

Weight and Balance Requirements: For the safety and comfort of all passengers, our helicopters are loaded according to weight and balance requirements. Therefore, specific seating arrangements cannot be guaranteed. Our experienced pilots will allocate seats based on these requirements at the time of boarding.

Confirmation Email: We will do our best to gather enough solo travelers for a particular date be it from online bookings or walk-ins. Should we not meet the minimum to fly we may request that the client either reschedule for another day or we will offer a refund.

Departure Time: All scenic flights for solo travelers will depart at 3 pm on the agreed-upon date. Please ensure that you arrive at our designated helipad 30 minutes in advance, allowing sufficient time for check-in procedures.

Helicopter Allocation: The determination of which helicopter will be used for your flight will be made on the day of departure and is subject to other private bookings or operational considerations beyond our control. Rest assured that all helicopters used meet stringent safety regulations and offer breathtaking views of Cape Town’s beauty.
