This flight is exclusively for individuals traveling alone who wish to reserve a single seat. We will arrange solo travelers together for our daily 16-minute helicopter flight departing from the V&A Waterfront’s helipad at 3PM.

Flight Description

This flight is based on the CAMPS BAY & HOUT BAY flight route
Depart from the helipad at the V&A Waterfront and soar along the sandy beaches of the Atlantic Seaboard. Your journey will take you past the Cape Town Stadium, Lion’s Head, over Clifton and Camps Bay, and provide a glimpse of the 12 Apostles as you head towards Hout Bay. Our knowledgeable pilot will guide you, highlighting prominent landmarks and any marine life, such as seals, whales, dolphins and sunfish, that may be visible. On your return trip, you will circumnavigate Table Mountain and soar over Constantia, Clairmont, and the renowned Groot Constantia Wine Farm. Enjoy breathtaking 360-degree views of the Cape with this breathtaking aerial tour.

Exclusively for Solo Travelers: This booking is exclusively available for individuals traveling alone. We understand that some travelers may prefer to join a group, so we aim to provide an opportunity for solo travelers to share their flight experience.

Grouping of Solo Travelers: We will make every effort to group solo travelers on the same day, subject to availability. However, please note that grouping cannot be guaranteed due to various factors such as demand and scheduling constraints.

Weight and Balance Requirements: For the safety and comfort of all passengers, our helicopters are loaded according to weight and balance requirements. Therefore, specific seating arrangements cannot be guaranteed. Our experienced pilots will allocate seats based on these requirements at the time of boarding.

Departure Time: All scenic flights for solo travelers will depart at 3PM. Please ensure that you arrive at our designated helipad 30 minutes in advance, allowing sufficient time for check-in procedures.

Helicopter Allocation: The determination of which helicopter will be used for your flight will be made on the day of departure and is subject to other private bookings or operational considerations beyond our control. Rest assured that all helicopters used meet stringent safety regulations and offer breathtaking views of Cape Town’s beauty.
