Kevin Waller, a pilot at Sport Helicopters Cape Town, has always had a passion for flying. In 2008, he decided to pursue his dream and began his journey towards becoming a licensed pilot. After completing his private pilot’s license in 2009, Kevin continued to build hours towards obtaining his commercial license.
It wasn’t until 2013 that Kevin finally achieved his goal of becoming a commercial pilot. From there, he wasted no time in gaining experience and building up his resume. He joined Sport Helicopters in 2015 and spent the next seven years honing his skills on various helicopters such as the Bell Jetranger, Longranger, and UH-1H.
In addition to these aircraft, Kevin has also had the opportunity to fly other helicopters including the Robinson 22 and 44, Bell 407, and Airbus EC120. His diverse experience has made him a well-rounded pilot with a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field.
Kevin takes pride in his work at Sport Helicopters Cape Town and is grateful for the opportunities he has been given to explore the skies above. As he continues to grow and evolve as a pilot, Kevin looks forward to what the future holds and is excited for all the adventures that lie ahead.
